Below is a list of our most Frequently Asked Questions about the Live Well International Membership options. We offer two types of memberships to chose from, the Team Live Well Membership or the Certified Live Well Coach Program. Please read below to see which option is best for you.
What is the difference between Team Live Well and Certified Live Well Coaches?

Our Team Live Well Membership offers our basic level of membership, which includes access to our Back Office Training Center and your own Personalized Live Well Website (Click here to see an example). To download the Team Live Well Membership Benefits, click here.

In addition to everything that Team Live Well has access to, our Certified Live Well Coach Membership offers a Coach Secured Area, Coach Document Library, a weekly coach/leader mentoring call with Carmen Marshall, access to the complete Live Well Nutrition Seminar System and advanced Leadership Systems, access to use the Live Well International logos and powerpoint presentations, your own Live Well email, personalized Coach website and much more. Who can join Team Live Well or become a Certified Live Well Coach?

Live Well International Memberships are open to ALL USANA Associates Worldwide! Memberships can be purchased in The Live Well Store.
Are there any requirements or prerequisites to join Team Live Well or become a Certified Live Well Coach?

There are not any requirements or prerequisites to joining either membership. Those that join the Certified Live Well Coach program are considered a "Coach in Training" until they have completed the Certified Live Well Coach Requirements.
How do I join?

Memberships can be purchased in The Live Well Store. You will create your user name and password at checkout and have immediate access to the Back Office Training Center!
How is Dr. Ray Strand, Live Well International's Medical Partner, involved in my training?

Dr. Ray Strand and the Healthy for Life Program are integral to the Live Well Training. Not only is the Live Well Nutrition Seminar System based on the Healthy for Life Program, Dr. Strand's Team Leader Certification is required to become a Certified Live Well Coach. Additionally, Dr. Strand personally trains Team Live Well and Certified Live Well Coaches the first Monday of each Month via a live webcast, and also takes questions from the audience. This training is included in your Live Well Membership and is also archived and available 24/7 for Live Well Members. Dr. Strand has been generous enough to open this training to Live Well Members' PCs as well. Example topics for Dr. Strand's Team Live Well Training include "The Role of Blood Sugar" and "The Role of Insulin."
What are some examples of the Weekly Training Webcasts?

The Team Live Well Weekly Webcast Trainings (also archived and available 24/7 for Live Well Members) are personally hosted by Carmen Marshall, Brian Valant, Dr. Ray Strand and other leading health, business and lifestyle experts. Example topics include "Building a Strong, Stable Business through Wellness Seminars," "Why Supplements," "GMP Pharmaceutical Training," and much much more!

Does Live Well International offer a monthly membership option?

Live Well International does not offer a monthly membership option. All memberships are purchased on an annual basis. However, you can choose to split your annual payment into 12 monthly payments if you would like. Just click on the Monthly Payment Option under each type of membership in the Live Well Store.
Can I make monthly payments instead of paying my annual membership fee in one payment?

Definitely! Just click on the Monthly Payment Option under each type of membership in the Live Well Store. Note that this option is for 12 full monthly payments and cannot be canceled midway through your annual membership.
What is Live Well International's Cancellation & Refund Policy?

Your Live Well International Membership provides a unique training system and all files, training systems and webcasts can be accessed immediately upon purchase. For this reason, Live Well Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. However, you can choose not to renew your annual membership.
What is the "Live Well Back Office Training Center"?

The Live Well Back Office Training Center is the secured training area of the Live Well International website that contains all files, webcasts and training systems. Only Team Live Well Members and Certified Live Well Coaches have access to the Live Well Back Office Training Center.
How do I get back to the Members Area Homepage?

There are three ways to get back to your Members Area Home Page. You can 1) click on the green button at the top of your screen that says Members Area Home, 2) click on the Training Link on the left called Getting Started - Your Timeline to Success, or 3) click the grey link at the bottom of your screen called Members Area Home.
I am not a New USANA Associate, should I still do the Team Live Well 6-Week Training Schedule on the Members Area Homepage?

Live Well highly encourages even veteraned associates to go through the 6-Week Training Schedule. Not only will this training teach you to how to build your business with the highly successful "Live Well" model, but it will also help you train your new associates that join the membership. Also, completing the 6-week training schedule is a requirement of the Certified Live Well Coach program.
The 6-Week Training Schedule mentions a Mentor, who is my Mentor and does Live Well provide one to me?

Your mentor is typically your USANA upline but can be anyone that you work closely with in the business. You will receive training and "mentorship" by the Team Live Well Weekly Training Webcasts and your fellow team members on the Team Live Well Yahoo group (where you can post questions and search past messages). When you purchase the Certified Live Well Coach Membership, you will also be mentored by Carmen Marshall on the weekly leadership call for Coaches/Leaders. hy can't I hear the audio on the Monday Night Team Live Well Training Webcast?

Mac users must call into the conference line provided on the audio button at the top of the webcast training as the Mac OS does not support Live Meeting Audio. If you are on a PC and have trouble hearing the webcast through your computer speakers, we suggest calling into the conference line.

Am I a Certified Live Well Coach at the time I purchase my Certified Live Well Coach Membership?

Those that join the Certified Live Well Coach program are considered a "Coach in Training" until they have completed the Certified Live Well Coach Requirements. We ask that "Coaches in Training" stay on mute on the Monday Morning Go-RED (Go Gold, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond - mastermind call for coaches/leaders) calls until they have completed the requirements and are a Certified Live Well Coach. We ask this because this call is a high-level mastermind group. All of the other members on the call will have gone through the training program and we do not answer questions about the basic training on this call.
How do I know that I have completed the requirements and can now call myself a Certified Live Well Coach?

You can call yourself a Certified Live Well Coach once you have purchased the Certified Live Well Coach Membership, your completed Putting It All Together Checklist has been completed and emailed to Member Services, and Live Well has received confirmation that you have completed the Healthy for Life Team Leader program. Once all three of these have been done, you will receive your Certified Live Well Coach certificate.

Note: Live Well receives monthly updates from the Healthy for Life Team Leader Program on individuals that have completed the program.
When and how will I receive my Certified Live Well Coach Certificate?

In most cases, your Certified Live Well Coach certificate will be mailed to you with your Healthy for Life Team Leader Certificate. For those Coaches that were certified before May 2009, certificates will be mailed in the summer of 2009 or can be picked up at the USANA International Convention.
How do I set-up my Live Well International email account?

An @livewellintl.com email address is included in your Certified Live Well Coach Membership. Instructions for setting up your Live Well email address are on the Coach Getting Started and Connected link.
What is the web address for my Personalized Live Well Website

Your Personalized Live Well Website web address is in the following format: www.livewellintl.com/firstlast

This format (www.livewellintl.com/firstlast) is called your simple URL. This is the web address that you can add to business cards, your email footer and other marketing materials. It is also an easy format for your clients to remember. All Personalized Live Well Websites redirect to a longer web address to enable your bio and other information to display correctly (e.g. http://www.livewellintl.com/members/first-last.html).

Both formats will take you to your Personalized Live Well Website.
How do I enable my Personalized Live Well Website?

Click on the Edit My Live Well Website link on the bottom left of the Back Office Training Center. Be sure to read "Tips for Customizing my Live Well Website." Enter your information and click Submit.

Type your simple URL into a web browser or click on the "View My Live Well Website" link. If your website is not displaying it might be that you used a middle initial when you purchased your membership and the system is "confused" by that field. Email info@livewellintl.com and ask for your Personalized Live Well Website to be checked.
