| Elizabeth Rider Director of Operations
| | Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Live Well International. While spending her early career in the Advisory Services Practice at Ernst & Young, she developed a deep sense of the importance of living a healthy and balanced life. Her knowledge of accounting, finance, project management, training and problem solving makes her a perfect fit for her role at Live Well. Having lived in three countries, her international experience is also of great value to the company.
Elizabeth was a Live Well client for three years prior to joining the corporate team. She learned first-hand the efficacy of the products, programs, and lifestyle; she also learned from the results of her friends and family.
In addition to believing in the Live Well products and programs, she watched Live Well grow tremendously as a company. When Carmen approached her with the position, she jumped at the opportunity - there is no company she would rather help build as she so believes in the company's mission and focus. She enjoys what she does every day with Live Well and is excited to grow the company even more.
After dancing for 18 years, Elizabeth completed her Pilates certification and also enjoys reading, yoga, skiing, traveling and the Live Well Lifestyle. She lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband David.

| Theresa Lumsden Administrative Assistant
| | After getting married in 2004, Teresa was feeling miserable from gaining weight, joint issues and extreme tiredness. In June of 2006 she attended a Live Well Seminar and by October of 2006 had lost 25lbs following the Healthy for Life Program. After having such tremendous success and feeling vibrant, young and full of energy again, she decided to join Team Live Well. She says, "Not only did Live Well change my health, but my whole attitude towards life!"
A recent graduate from the University of Denver (MS in Endocrinology/Cell Biology) and currently working as a Research Associate for Accera Inc researching Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's and Age Associated Memory Impairment, Teresa is also Live Well's Administrative Assistant. "I wanted to be a part of what Live Well is doing because I believe in their mission and want to help others achieve the same health and excitement for life I now have. In addition, what I learn daily through Live Well has helped me in my research of degenerative diseases – so just Live Well's holistic philosophy – everything is connected!" |
