| I have been struggling with my weight for years, but the struggle has been especially hard the last 3 years. I was 232 at my highest weight. I used the USANA Shakes and Bars over the past few years, and that combined with some exercise resulted in losing 30 lbs. That was great but I wanted more. I finally decided to do the 5 Day RESET that I'd never done. I decided to RESET my body and started right after I got back from vacation in late March, weighing in at 201. I followed the program to the "letter" and lost 13lbs in 5 Days! I am now on week three of Phase I and have not gained ANY of the weight back! I have found that the most important thing for me is starting off my morning with a shake, because it doesn't spike my blood sugar and keeps me balanced throughout the day.
Also, I work three graveyard shifts in a row on the weekend and have found that eating every three hours (a piece of fruit, a Nutrition Bar or a Nutrimeal Shake) really keeps up my energy and keeps my blood sugar stable throughout the night. Last week my goal was to get in the habit of drinking the required water and this week my goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 times per week. I add a goal each week to keep me on the path of health.
