So many people have learned how to have a healthier, more fulfilling state of being through our Wellness Programs. This month, meet Cat Palmer of Colorado and hear her incredible story with the Live Well 5 Week RESET Challenge Bootcamp.

"My son's first birthday was coming up and I still hadn't lost the pregnancy weight that I had really wanted to lose. I was really stuck. I was under a lot of stress at work and was having a hard time getting back into an exercise routine. I felt like I needed something totally different that would take me out of my regular routine. When I saw the 5 Week RESET Challenge Bootcamp, I signed up right away.

The RESET portion was MUCH easier than I thought it would be. In those five days, I lost 4 pounds, got off coffee and lost my cravings for sugar. Pretty cool!

I chose Phase I, which consists of 2 yummy Nutrimeal Shakes and 1 Nutrition Bar plus one other healthy meal and snack every day. It was really easy to just keep going on the program. After 6 weeks, I'd lost 20 pounds. (Woohoo!)

I fit into all of my pre-pregnancy clothes and some of them are actually a little loose at this point. Also, I'm wearing my belt FOUR notches tighter than I did six weeks ago. :) I'd like to lose about 10 more. If I do that, I'll be lighter than I've been in YEARS.
