I had always gone up and down about 10 lbs in weight and eventually found myself 20 lbs over weight. I was at the heaviest I have ever been, and was feeling so depressed and not wanting to do anything about it because I just didn't have the confidence in myself.  A fitness trainer told me about the Live Well Programs but I hesitated because I had to stick to a pretty strict budget.  After learning more about the program, I decided it was within reach and I could actually afford it. After two months I lost 26lbs, and for the first time in a really long time felt proud of myself! Not only did the Live Well Programs help me get by body back, I also got my confidence back, too. It is definitely a lifestyle change for me. I guess you can say I am hooked!
